We’re currently looking for Service Advisors to join our Bannister Ford Dawson Creek team. If you’re organized, customer-focused, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this might be the opportunity for you.  The Drive Ahead * Greet customers and guide them through the service experience with professionalism and care * Clearly document vehicle concerns and communicate service recommendations * Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficiency and accuracy * Keep customers informed with timely updates and transparent repair timelines * Process repair orders, warranty claims, and invoices with attention to detail * Use dealership systems (CDK/PBS) to manage appointments and follow-up * Meet service targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction  Performance Essentials * 1–2 years of experience in a service advisor or customer-facing role (automotive experience is an asset) * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities * Comfortable working with dealership software and digital tools * Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract * Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday, with Saturdays as needed (approx. 40 hours/week)  Bannister Accessories * Competitive wages with a performance-based commission structure * Extended benefits package, including health, dental, and vision care * Group RSP contribution program for long-term financial support * Unlimited career growth across the Bannister Automotive Group — internal candidates are prioritized * Ongoing training and professional development   Bannister Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer and committed to providing a respectful, inclusive workplace.
