OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at a reputable dealership. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive repair services. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, providing expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repairs, and ensuring a seamless service experience. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in customer service and mechanical knowledge, as well as the ability to upsell services effectively.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a dealership environment is preferred.
  • Background in mechanics or automotive repair is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
  • Proven sales experience, particularly in upselling automotive services.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.

    Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
