Customer interaction forms part of the role, therefore presentation and high quality communication are essential. We are working towards a paperless environment, which means you will need to be computer literate and comfortable reporting observations through IT, text, video and photos. Ability to adapt to the company’s needs, be comfortable with change, and have the ability to prioritise tasks are attributes we seek.
You are probably working in a workshop or trade support role. You might not have qualifications, but you want to feel valued as part of a successful team, where someone says “thank you” for your work.
