Our ideal candidate will possess experience working in the automotive industry either in a dealership or working at a service desk. We are seeking an applicant who is creative, can adapt to the highs and lows associated with the business, will continuously motivate their team and reinforce positive growth, and is invested in the business and fostering community engagement.
The Service Advisor will oversee and direct the work of team members, interact with customers, compile reports, process warranties, and oversee day-to-day transactions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience providing high quality customer support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think critically, troubleshoot and multi-task
  • Experience working with service software, databases and tools
  • G Drivers Licence

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and offer excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles
  • Determine and diagnose car issues based on customer description and vehicle condition
  • Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete
  • Order necessary parts from suppliers and double-check that they are delivered to technicians
  • Ensure that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards
  • Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services
  • Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases
