The Brown and Hurley Group are growing fast and want you to be part of our team in Rockhampton. In this role you will provide customer service support and technical advice to our customers, book and coordinate jobs, data entry and process quotes, invoices and warranty claims.

Responsibilities
  • Providing expert technical advice to customers and staff
  • Providing exceptional and professional customer service both on the phone and face-to-face in the Service Department
  • Ensuring customer needs are met by correctly identifying the make, model and issues of their vehicle then advising them of the appropriate services
  • Providing quotes and invoices
  • Following up on service jobs and calling customers to advise them on delays and/or finish times and discussing technical information
  • Dealing with retail warranty policy adjudication and informing customers of expected costs and warranty coverage
  • Inspecting parts related to warranty claims and ensuring parts are dispatched
  • Assisting with warranty administration
