Description Automotive Service Advisor Opportunity – Experience Required We are hiring an Automotive Service Advisor at Larson Dodge, Jeep, Ram. While training is provided, previous automotive experience is required, and experience as an express service advisor, service writer, or technician is highly beneficial. This is a fast-paced, high-volume service environment with consistent repair order flow and strong technician support. What You Will Receive Salary: $74,000 - $136,000/year Competitive Commission Structure: Rewarding pay structure with potential for growth. 4.75% of RO parts and labor sales for CSI below zone. 5.25% for CSI above zone. 5.5% for CSI in the top 10% of the zone.
