Requirements Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and assess their service needs with a friendly and professional demeanor. Provide accurate information regarding services, repairs, and maintenance options. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their experience. Confidently sell service packages and products, leveraging your hospitality background. Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Qualifications: Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Previous experience in a sales or service role, preferably in hospitality or automotive industries.
