Description Requirements: We are seeking a full-time candidate for a position as an established, long-serving Service Advisor. Candidates must have a flexible schedule as the service department is open Monday to Saturday. Candidates will need to be reliable, missing time away from work only hurts the overall production of our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating cost estimates for parts and labor, as well as maintaining detailed records of work performed and customer feedback. Providing excellent customer service is a key part of this role, including addressing customer concerns regarding scheduling and car maintenance. Effective communication with service technicians about customer needs, new products, and suggestions for additional repairs is essential. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. This position is performance based, as the candidate will need to meet or exceed base line expectations on a monthly basis. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as the geographic location of the position. Requirements Qualifications: Service advisors must have an outgoing and friendly personality. Candidates must have quality customer service skills. All candidates must be team players and work well with others. Candidates must possess strong communication skills (bilingual is a plus). Service advisors will mutli-task while maintaining a clean and organized station. Automotive dealership service experience is also a plus. All employees must have acceptable driving records and a valid driver's license. All employees must be successful in creating good customer relationships and having a good customer base.
