Requirements KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Greet customers and assist them with service needs in a friendly, professional manner. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Utilize computer systems to manage service appointments, customer information, and service history. Communicate clearly with customers regarding service recommendations, timelines, and updates. Partner with technicians and the service team to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely service delivery. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and create a positive customer experience. Comfortable learning and using new technology and software. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Prior automotive experience required. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 2–3 years of Service Advisor experience (any brand). Experience using **CDK** service/repair order management software. Experience working with or around **Subaru** vehicles or Subaru service processes. LICENSES /CERTIFICATIONS Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
