Valley Tire LTD Kentville location is actively seeking new Customer Service/ Counter Sales staff members for permanent full time employment.

Job description and duties will include:

• First point of customer contact
• Answering phone calls/emails and returning messages in a timely manner
• Tire and service sales and pricing
• Advising vehicle repairs and pricing service work
• Sourcing, ordering, and receiving of tires and auto parts
• Keeping track of inventory and stock numbers
• Scheduling of service and repairs
• Overseeing 8+ technicians
• Working closely with technicians on repairs and vehicle service
• Ensure work is completed in a timely manner
• Handling customer payments and accounts

The ideal candidate will have:

• A good working knowledge of vehicular mechanical systems

-Have good computer skills- a working knowledge of Costar POS system is an asset but not required

• Be comfortable delegating and overseeing staff
• Excellent time management
