JOB DESCRIPTION

Crown Garage Honda are looking to recruit an experienced Aftersales Advisor at our King’s Lynn branch to oversee the day to day operation of our service front of house.

Experience:

• service department: 1 year (preferred

Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required
Maintain and manage booking diary
Create and print job sheets
Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
Maintain/update customer records
Convert job sheets into invoices, ensuring invoices match any quotations given to customers
Advise on timescales and collection arrangements
Speak to customers to book in vehicles, discuss their requirements and the repair to their vehicles, re: costs and progress of their repairs
Provide 5 star customer service, ensuring every customer is completely satisfied.
