We are looking for a talented Customer Service Advisor to coordinate and schedule customer repairs for our automotive, mining and industrial customer based in our Emerald branch.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

  • Serve as first point of contact with customer to promote quality customer service and assist with increasing business within the Emerald branch
  • Deal with technical queries from customers and develop positive relationships
  • Plan jobs and create work orders, book in vehicles for service & check parts, administer invoices & accounts
  • Consistently liaise with the customer to keep them updated with progress
  • Follow procedures and document required information in the service management system in order to have an accurate record of the work completed
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders – (mainly technicians and parts department) to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:

  • Demonstrated technical experience specific to Cummins or similar industry
  • World class communication skills – both written and verbal with solid IT capabilities
  • An understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable is highly desirable as well as familiarity with financial processes / accounts and purchase orders
  • Experience of delivering first class customer service from an automotive or warranty background
