We are looking for a talented Customer Service Advisor to coordinate and schedule customer repairs for our automotive, mining and industrial customer based in our Emerald branch.
Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:
- Serve as first point of contact with customer to promote quality customer service and assist with increasing business within the Emerald branch
- Deal with technical queries from customers and develop positive relationships
- Plan jobs and create work orders, book in vehicles for service & check parts, administer invoices & accounts
- Consistently liaise with the customer to keep them updated with progress
- Follow procedures and document required information in the service management system in order to have an accurate record of the work completed
- Liaise with internal stakeholders – (mainly technicians and parts department) to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:
- Demonstrated technical experience specific to Cummins or similar industry
- World class communication skills – both written and verbal with solid IT capabilities
- An understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable is highly desirable as well as familiarity with financial processes / accounts and purchase orders
- Experience of delivering first class customer service from an automotive or warranty background
