Dennehy Motor Group are now looking for a highly motivated person to join its team in Limerick. We are currently seeking to recruit a Service Advisor. Full training will be provided for the right individual to cover all areas of our Service Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the automotive industry
  • Schedule service appointments and communicate with customers regarding their vehicle maintenance needs
  • Advise customers on recommended services and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service orders
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
