ABOUT THE JOB

Dixie Ford is seeking a full-time Service Advisor to join our growing team! As one of our advisors you will work in a high volume and fast-paced environment as a front-line service representative for our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Administrative experience.
  • Sales experience, preferably automotive.
  • Active listening and interpersonal skills.
  • De-escalation and communication skills.
  • Ability to switch between tasks / multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • An understanding of a vehicle’s working systems.
  • Ford experience and knowledge are an asset.
