We’re looking for a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team. As the first point of contact for our service guests, you'll play a key role in providing a seamless and positive experience, from check-in through to vehicle collection.   What you'll do: Greet and assist guests with service bookings and enquiries Prepare repair orders and communicate work required to guests Liaise with technicians to provide accurate updates on vehicle status Maintain clear and timely communication with guests throughout the process Upsell additional services and ensure all work is authorised and completed to standard   Skills & Experience Previous experience in a Service Advisor would be valuable but not critical Prior customer service/sales experience essential (automotive preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under pressure High level of professionalism and attention to detail Current, valid drivers licence Full Australian Working rights   Benefits Monday to Friday work only; no weekends required Ongoing training and development Work with a well-respected dealership and supportive leadership team Team member discounts across automotive products and services Stable, full-time employment with opportunities for progression   Preston Toyota is a high-performing dealership committed to delivering exceptional service.
