We’re now hiring for a Service Manager to work front of house in our busy service centre. You will be the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring the service that they receive is excellent, every time. This is a great opportunity to work in a busy and fast-growing garage with extremely high standards of workmanship and customer service. Applicants must be confident at all administrative duties, have excellent written and verbal communication abilities and be able to efficiently organise work schedules.
To be considered for this position you will need to be able to demonstrate your success in previous customer service and/or sales roles. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable managing customer expectations to the highest standards and liaising with all members of the workshop team
You will be part of a close knit garage team where personal accountability, proactivity and self-motivation are essential. Experience of our industry is preferred but not essential, but you must possess a genuine interest and willingness to learn.
Salary negotiable dependent upon experience and will range between £31000 and £38000 per annum. CV and covering letter should be e-mailed
