As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join our dynamic team.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for our customers needing trailer and truck upfitting service or repair. You will coordinate service appointments, provide estimates, and ensure each customer receives outstanding care from start to finish. Your mechanical knowledge and attention to detail will be key in delivering a professional and seamless service experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience as a service advisor in automotive, trailer repair, or a related mechanical field.
  • Strong mechanical background and understanding of vehicle and trailer systems.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills (experience with CRM or service software is an asset).
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and clearly understand their service needs for trailers and truck upfits.
  • Create detailed service work orders and provide accurate cost and time estimates.
  • Communicate effectively between customers, technicians, and parts staff.
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments to optimize shop productivity.
  • Review completed work with customers and handle any follow-up questions or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions.
  • Support the service department in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
