QUALIFICATIONS:
Directly related experience is required
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact and provide effective service to all customers, both internal and retail.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Obtain customer and vehicle information, review vehicle repair history and verify any needs
Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer, using detailed descriptions
Determine required maintenance to ensure the safety of customer’s vehicles
Promote the sales of labor, parts, and accessories.
Answering/making phone calls, booking in customers, creating work orders
Ensure that the standards for customer service are always upheld
