Benefits: * Great working environment * Paid Training * Medical * Dental and Vision insurance * 401K RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner * Obtain customer and vehicle information * Use Dealerlogix system to send estimates to customers and provide reports * Provide excellent customer service to all customers * Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer * clearly communicate with customers  * Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently * Explain all completed work and charges to customers * Advise customers of recommended repairs and maintenance, be able to explain why each are a benefit. REQUIREMENTS: * Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction * Previous customer service experience * Above average energy level * A desire for a long term career with a growing organization * Personal and professional integrity * Demonstrate a willingness and ability to work in a team environment * Ability to type, * Ability to learn how to operate the Dealership computer system * Demonstrate the ability to handle responsibility and take ownership of your role. 
Responsibilities
