Velocity Vehicle Group (VVG) is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team for following hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm!
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Service Advisor you play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service by greeting customers upon their arrival in the maintenance area, listening attentively to their vehicle concerns, and conducting thorough inspections. The Service Advisor will proactively check for recalls, retrieve crucial vehicle information, and maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and providing daily updates. Administrative duties, including submitting documentation for warranty repair orders and handling customer relations, will be performed on a per-need basis. Additionally, the Service Advisor will be responsible for verifying warranty and service contract coverage, preparing detailed repair orders, obtaining necessary approvals, and monitoring repair work to ensure timely completion. The Service Advisor plays a pivotal role in reviewing completed jobs, collecting payments, and efficiently closing out service orders. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
