  • Juggle phone calls, walk-ins, and booking appointments while keeping everything running smoothly.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers — turning first-timers into loyal fans of Gary Moe Mazda.
  • Stay current with the latest in automotive trends, recalls, and technology.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Diagnosing and documenting customer concerns accurately.
  • Reviewing warranty or service contract coverage.
  • Building repair estimates and gaining customer approval.
  • Creating and managing repair orders in the system.
  • Coordinating with techs and keeping customers in the loop.
  • Ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction and follow-up.
  • Tracking job performance and KPIs (bring your numbers — we love results!).
