Position: Full-Time Service Advisor - 2nd Shift (11:30 PM - 8:00 PM) M-F + Saturday rotation Location: Waukee, IA Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications. What You'll Do: Maximize Productivity: Schedule shop work to ensure maximum productivity and department profitability. Customer Interaction: Schedule service appointments, gather customer and vehicle data, and keep customers updated on repair progress. Detailed Explanations: Explain repair costs and time requirements, obtain proper authorizations, and provide detailed explanations of completed work. Compliance: Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures. Coordination: Coordinate part requirements with the parts department and handle telephone inquiries.
