Gentlemen’s Garage is looking for a customer-oriented and organized Service Advisor to join our automotive service team. The Service Advisor will be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and efficient repair process from check-in to vehicle release. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of automotive services and excellent communication skills.

• Greet customers professionally and understand their vehicle service or repair needs
• Create and manage repair orders based on customer concerns and technician findings
• Provide accurate cost estimates and explain recommended services clearly
• Coordinate with mechanics to track repair progress and update customers accordingly
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and courteous manner
• Ensure service records and documentation are complete and accurate
• Promote additional services or maintenance based on vehicle history or inspection results

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role (automotive experience preferred)
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and common repairs
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in using computer systems and service software (if applicable)
