Description Hall Imports is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary connection between customers and service technicians, helping deliver an exceptional service experience from start to finish. Schedule • Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM • Saturday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM Key Responsibilities • Greet customers and provide prompt, professional, and friendly service • Communicate customer vehicle concerns clearly with technicians • Provide concierge-level customer support both in person and by phone • Schedule and dispatch repair orders to maximize technician productivity • Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards • Explain vehicle service recommendations, warranties, and maintenance needs • Assist with warranty claim processing and service department administration • Maintain strong relationships with customers, team members, and manufacturer representatives • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards Qualifications • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required) • High school diploma or GED (required) • Automotive service advising or customer service experience preferred • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills • Sales or service success with a customer-focused mindset • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Professional appearance and positive attitude Compensation & Benefits Generous vacation policy – 5 days after 90 days Paid training and onboarding support Medical insurance with HRA and HSA options Dental and vision insurance Group accident and critical illness coverage Short-term disability and life insurance 401(k) retirement plan Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service Employee referral bonus program Career growth and advancement opportunities Education sponsorship opportunities About Hall Imports Hall Imports is a family-owned Volkswagen and Mazda dealership with over 100 years of automotive excellence.
