QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair setting is preferred (PBS expereinced prefered)
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Proficient in cash handling and point-of-sale systems
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with technicians and other staff members
