Harley-Davidson Winnipeg is looking for an experienced Service Advisor! As a Service Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive unparalleled service and support for their motorcycles. You’ll be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their bikes in for maintenance, repairs, or upgrades. Your responsibilities will include:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience as a service advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive or motorcycle industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Harley Davidson motorcycles and their maintenance requirements is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating service costs and timelines.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software for scheduling and record-keeping
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact and provide effective service to all customers, both internal and retail
