What We're Looking For Minimum Job Requirements: * High volume sales experience * Comfortable with explaining product knowledge to customers * Minimum age of 18 * Attention to detail and ability to work independently * An attitude for success and a desire to make money * Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: * Customer service * Meeting sales goals * Closing skills * Prospecting skills * Negotiation * Self-confidence * Product knowledge * Presentation skills * Client relationships * Motivation for sales Requires the ability to interact with others, interpret spoken messages and utilize reason to resolve problems. Requires prolonged periods of standing and walking, and frequent bending at the waist, twisting of the upper body, kneeling, being mobile on uneven surfaces, squeezing and crouching. Requires frequent lifting and carrying of 1-25 pounds (occasional up to 50#).
