We’re looking for a Service Advisor to be the link between our customers and our service technicians—ensuring repairs are properly documented, scheduled efficiently, and completed to the highest standard. In this role, you’ll interact with customers regarding their repairs to thier boats, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, and other powersports equipment, helping them get back to enjoying the outdoors as quickly as possible. Prioritizes customer satisfaction and builds long-term customer relationships Can document repair needs clearly and communicate effectively with technicians Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Has strong organization and multitasking skills Communicates professionally with customers and coworkers Is comfortable using technology and dealership management systems Works well independently and as part of a team Has a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills Requirements: Previous Service Advisor or Service Writer experience preferred (marine, powersports, automotive, or dealership environment) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy service department Comfortable using computers and dealership software (Lightspeed experience a plus) Ability to pass a background check Schedule: Four day work week available! Boomerang Marine & Sports, with stores in Melrose and Alexandria, MN, is a family-owned and operated marine and powersports dealership that employs approximately 25 employees.
