Hilton Suzuki is a long standing family run dealership, and we are offering an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor based at our Bishop’s Stortford branch to join our small well established team
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Schedule appointments and manage the service department’s calendar
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Provide estimates for repairs and obtain customer approval
- Explain repair recommendations to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of basic office software
