Every team member plays a vital role in our success, and we are committed to providing a supportive environment, opportunities for growth, and the same award-winning service our community has trusted for generations.   Position Summary: Holz Motors is looking for Service Advisor to work in our Service Department.  Employees work a rotating schedule while our department is open.  Our Service Department hours are as follows As a Service Advisor, you will own our customers’ experience in the mobile service arena. You are the first point of contact with our customers. You will be setting appointments and writing RO's for Mobile Service Plus customers. From handling phone calls, setting appointments and providing world class service our Quick Lube Service Advisor are true professionals who enjoy helping others. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry, or hospitality is preferred. Key Responsibilities * Oversee flow of Mobile Service.
