Description We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. This role is the key connection between our customers and technicians, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and professional service experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues Recommend necessary maintenance and repair services based on vehicle condition Prepare and explain repair orders, estimates, and invoices Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely repairs Keep customers informed of vehicle status and any changes to cost or completion time Promote service specials, maintenance plans, and manufacturer recommendations Maintain strong CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores Follow dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines Requirements Qualifications Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive service is preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems Sales-oriented mindset with integrity and professionalism Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds, etc. preferred) Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving records Regular and predictable attendance is required for this position Great Lakes Auto Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination.
