As a Service Advisor, you are the primary point of contact between the customer and the service department. You will guide customers through the entire service experience—from check-in to vehicle delivery—while ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role where your ability to communicate, organize, and build trust directly impacts both customer experience and department success. RESPONSIBILITIES * Greet customers promptly and provide a professional, friendly service experience * Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues * Write and manage repair orders with attention to detail * Clearly explain recommended services, timelines, and pricing * Communicate with technicians to monitor vehicle progress * Provide timely updates to customers throughout the service process * Upsell maintenance and recommended services ethically and effectively * Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate * Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction * Maintain strong communication with service team and management QUALIFICATIONS * Previous customer service experience required * Automotive service advisor experience preferred but not required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Organized with strong attention to detail * Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability * Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems * Valid driver’s license required COMPENSATION $50,000 – $100,000 annually based on performance * Base pay plus commission structure * Earnings tied to productivity, customer satisfaction, and service sales SCHEDULE * Full-time position * 5-day work week * Closed Sundays BENEFITS * 401(k) Plan * Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance * Life insurance * Paid training * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for advancement within HoneyCar WHY HONEYCAR?
