JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receiving and attending customers.
• Advise customer on technical, delivery and pricing.
• Prepare quotation and invoicing.
• Follow-up with customers on technical, pricing, additional charges and delivery.
• Maintain good customer’s relationship.
• Perform any adhoc as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College and Professional Certificate/NiTEC in the Education Level
• Minimum 1 year experience (Candidate with no experience but with good attitude will also be considered).
• Good communications skills in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates).
• Able to work independently and a good team player with initiative.
