QUALIFICATIONS

• Driving License is must
• 04 to 05 years UAE experience as insurance business service advisor
• Garage experience with Insurance companies
• Consulting, Customer Service, and Communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Basic knowledge of automotive services and luxury car brands
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the automotive industry or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field

The role involves daily interaction with customers, insurance companies, and internal and external teams to facilitate a smooth and efficient service experience.
