In this role, you will be responsible for owning the customer’s service experience from start to finish — ensuring each vehicle is cared for efficiently while keeping customers informed every step of the way. While you won’t always be face-to-face with our customers, you’ll play a vital role in building trust and providing exceptional support through clear communication, organization, and follow-through. QUALIFICATIONS * Organized, friendly, and professional personality. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. * Demonstrated leadership ability is a plus. * Professional appearance and demeanor. * Clean driving record. * Must be at least 21 years of age. * Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check.
