工作目的 确保随时向所有Porsche客户提供可靠、优质和全面的售后服务。征询客户在服务方面的需求,提供有关建议,就执行的工作进行相关讲解以确保客户获得最满意的服务。 职责 1.电话营销:- 根据集团发布的商机、车辆活动信息等,按计划联系、追踪客户并且制定维修计划;- 规划预约客户车辆维修计划,确保车辆有序进厂维修; - 负责捕捉、跟踪客户车辆的续保及二手车、保修商机信息,及时提供给相关负责人。 2.售后接待:- 接待到店售后客户,明确其维修保养诉求并给出建议;- 跟进车辆维修进度并反馈客户;- 执行服务中心标准流程完成交车;3.协助完成服务系统 / 文件整理,以及上级交办的其他任务。要求 1.大专及以上学历,汽车相关专业优先;2.至少 2 年以上工作经验,有售后电话营销 + 服务顾问相关经验者优先(高端汽车品牌经验加分);3.持有有效驾照,熟练使用 office 办公软件;4.具备优秀的电话沟通 / 销售能力,同时有客户服务意识,抗压性强、执行力佳;5.能快速建立客户信任,有维护长期客户关系的经验。
