Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing the daily operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Utilize technology and video MPI (Multi-Point Inspection) systems to enhance service delivery and communication. Coordinate with the service manager to achieve department goals, including meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction scores. Implement service process improvements to enhance departmental performance. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and manufacturer standards.
