Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a Service Advisor to work in one of the leading specialist automotive companies in the North East.
The Newcastle-based company is a well-established and highly successful specialist automotive company enjoying unprecedented growth.
You will be part of a vibrant and expanding team that has a renowned reputation in the North of England for the customer service that they offer.
You will organise the booking of customers’ vehicles into the workshop. You will also oversee the aftermarket warranty process for the company and ensure that all are dealt with in a timely fashion.
You will be a clear and confident communicator who isn’t afraid to ask questions to see if there is availability in the workshop or if it is being as productive and efficient as possible.
You will be great at managing multiple tasks. One minute you could be following up on an outstanding warranty, the next you could be welcoming a customer and advising what needs to be done on their car.
The salary is £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience.
Location, NE12.
You do not need to have come from an automotive environment, however, it goes without saying that you will have excellent customer service skills and enjoy handling customer enquiries through to completion.
