REQUIREMENTS * Previous experience in a customer service or automotive service advisor role preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services. * Proficient with computer systems and software related to service management. * Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
