JOB SUMMARY:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of mechanical components on heavy duty trucks/equipment
• Able to work well with a team; prioritizing work
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
• Ability to work with Microsoft office and basic internet skills
• Must have CSA approved safety shoes
• Must be bilingual

• Open and close work orders
• Keep detailed records for vehicles
• Verify warranty details, vehicle information, while working closely with the Warranty Department
• Filing of invoices
• Greet customers promptly
• Assist customers with requests for repair, obtain customer and vehicle information
• Advise customers on status of vehicle
