Description

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team and play a dual role in assisting both the Service and Parts Departments. This position is responsible for coordinating vehicle service appointments, providing excellent customer service, advising on necessary repairs, and assisting with parts sales and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive systems, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, or similar role in an automotive dealership.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and parts.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in dealership management software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $42,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and assess their service needs in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Schedule service appointments and manage repair orders from start to finish.
  • Communicate with technicians to understand vehicle issues and relay information to customers.
  • Provide estimates for repairs, obtain customer authorization, and keep them informed throughout the service process.
  • Conduct vehicle walkarounds and inspections as needed.
  • Promote additional services and preventative maintenance based on manufacturer recommendations.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by following up after service completion.
