If you bring professionalism, energy, and at least two years’ advisor experience, let’s talk. What you’ll do Greet every customer, listen to concerns, and translate them into clear repair requests Build accurate estimates and keep customers updated on status and next steps Partner closely with technicians to deliver quality work on time Close out RO’s, review findings / warranties, and ensure each guest leaves confident in our service Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: At least 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using dealership management software and other relevant tools Why Join Our Team?
