The Lincoln Service Specialist provides excellent customer service support to ensure all vehicle maintenance and repair service needs of customers are met by the Service Department. Conducts various customer relationship management activities to enhance the overall ownership experience for Lincoln owners. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance and repair services, organizing pick-up and delivery services, conducting vehicle check-ins and repairs order openings, facilitating vehicle movement to Technicians, completing repair orders, handling cashiering and delivery tasks, and offering related support.
Coordinate all customer service activities, ensure smooth maintenance and repair service process, optimize the ownership experience for Lincoln owners, assist in pick-up and delivery coordination, conduct vehicle check-ins and repairs order openings, support Technicians, finalize repair orders, manage cashiering and delivery tasks, and provide related support.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor is a plus
  • Ability to identify the problem quickly
  • Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction

  • Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
  • Ability to deliver service with a sense of hospitality - previous experience in the hospitality industry a plus
