This position keeps the day-to-day operations running smoothly by coordinating work orders, communicating with customers, and supporting the service team to ensure an exceptional experience from start to finish. Job Responsibilities Create work orders, including working directly with the customer during the diagnostic, quoting, repair, and invoicing (or claim creation) processes. Act as the primary liaison between customers and the service department to ensure clear communication and excellent service. Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to schedule and track repairs efficiently. Review and verify all documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company processes. Provide exceptional customer service by keeping customers informed throughout the repair process and addressing questions or concerns promptly. Qualifications Excellent communication skills. Understand the service process. Analysis/problem solving skills. Demonstrate commitment to and creative thinking for continuous improvement. High ability to multi-task.
