Here's what you can look forward to:

• Repair reception and customer service (in person and by telephone)
• Appointment coordination and appointment preparation
• Preparation of repair orders and calculation of cost estimates
• Technical clarification of customer concerns and consultation
• Handling of complaints and warranty claims
• Customer acquisition
• Management of the workshop and allocation of the mechatronics technicians

We are looking forward to this:

• Successfully completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d), preferably in the commercial vehicle sector
• Qualification as a workshop foreman or certified service advisor
