Responsibilities
  • Assist the Service Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the automotive service department.
  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments.
  • Interact with customers to gather information about vehicle issues and provide accurate service estimates.
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance services.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and provide updates on service progress.
  • Manage service paperwork, including work orders and invoices.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts and suppliers.
  • Assist in implementing and enforcing safety procedures and protocols.
  • Support the Service Manager in analyzing key performance indicators and implementing improvements.
