    We are currently looking for a Service Advisor to join the amazing team at our Tweed Mazda Dealership.
Responsibilities

WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS:

  • Providing the ultimate customer service experience to our clients face to face
  • Building and maintaining positive customer and employee relationships
  • Maintaining regular contact with our customers to provide updates
  • Communicating with internal department teams to make sure all vehicles are completed and ready on time for our customers as promised
  • Handling customer concerns and complaints with prompt solution based outcomes
  • Offering accurate estimates for customers requiring additional work or repairs
  • Being a champion of objections – There is always a positive outcome!
  • Ongoing training and development. If you have the desire to grow we will get you there

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU:

  • Have proven experience as a Service Advisor (highly regarded), or have worked in Banking, Real Estate, or another customer-focused role
  • Are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service—both face-to-face, over the phone, messaging and email enquires
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Present professionally and bring a positive, approachable energy to your day
  • Are proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while being a supportive and reliable team member
  • Have experience working with KPIs and are motivated by achieving targets including customer feedback surveys scored on the service you deliver
  • Are confident identifying and selling additional work when it’s in the best interest of the customer
  • Have experience with Pentana Solutions (Reynolds & Reynolds) – highly desirable, but not essential
  • Enjoy a busy, dynamic workplace where no two days are the same—and where fun and professionalism go hand in hand
