POSITION SUMMARY:

The Service Advisor is the face of our Service Department. You’ll be the key liaison between our customers and our technicians, ensuring that service appointments are managed smoothly, professionally, and with the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your customer service skills and automotive knowledge will shine.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical information in a way customers can understand
  • Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance schedules is an asset
  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds or other DMS systems is an asset

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and professionally as they arrive for service appointments
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
  • Provide clear explanations of recommended services and maintenance
  • Prepare repair orders and communicate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle
  • Review completed work with customers and handle billing/invoicing
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service reception area
  • Ensure compliance with all dealership and OEM standards
