Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Take ownership of the customer’s experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression on the customer. Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to ensure the customer is handled in a professional manner. Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians’ time is consistently sold to service customers. Requirements Qualifications Prior experience as a Service Advisor is strongly preferred A high level of professionalism and courteousness Build a long-lasting quality relationship with your customers CDK experience is a huge plus but not mandatory Self-motivated, able to work on their own and with others Great communication skills with your customers Clean driving record Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
