The Service Advisor is a positive, high-energy, customer-focused position in a fast-paced tire and automotive service facility. This role is primarily responsible for servicing customers by assessing needs, recommending products and/or services, performing entry-level vehicle services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough and timely completion of services What you'll do: Greet customers, listen to concerns, and gather vehicle information clearly and professionally. Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines, inspection results, and technician input. Provide clear, accurate estimates and explain services to customers in an easy-to-understand manner. Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of work. Manage the repair order process from write-up to invoicing and payment. Maintain high standards of organization, cleanliness, and professionalism at the front desk. Upsell additional services such as tires, flushes, wipers, brakes, and other preventive maintenance. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs for service categories. Qualifications Prior experience in automotive service writing or customer service preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic automotive knowledge and a passion for the industry. High integrity, attention to detail, and a sales-oriented mindset. Comfortable using point-of-sale software and digital inspection tools.
